General Terms and Conditions for Admission

1 Admission Fees: A non-refundable and non-transferable admission fee of Rs. 5000 INR is required for all courses.*

2 Fee Policy:

• The admission fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

• Once the admission fee and form are submitted, the seat will be allotted within 7 working days along with the batch schedule.

3 Seat Allotment:

• Seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to the submission of the admission fee and the completed admission form.

• Seat allotment will be confirmed within 7 working days after the submission of the admission fee and form.

• The batch schedule will be provided along with the seat allotment.

4 Balance Course Fees:

• All students must pay the balance course fees on the first day of class.

• Failure to pay the balance course fees on time may result in the cancellation of admission.

5 Attendance:

• Students are expected to maintain 95 percentage of attendance as specified by their respective programs.

• Failure to meet the attendance requirements may affect their eligibility for certificates and other benefits.

6 Code of Conduct:

• Students are required to adhere to the institute’s code of conduct, which includes respectful behavior towards faculty and fellow students, maintaining academic integrity, and complying with all institute rules and regulations.

• Any violation of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion from the course.

7 Course Materials and Equipment:

• Students are responsible for the care and maintenance of any course materials and equipment provided by the institute.

• Any damage or loss of institute property must be reported immediately and may incur additional charges.

8 Withdrawal and Refund Policy:

• The admission fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Students who wish to withdraw from the course after admission must provide a written notice. However, no refund of any fees paid will be provided.

9 Schedule Changes:

• The institute reserves the right to make changes to the course schedule, including class times and instructors, as necessary.

• Students will be informed of any changes in advance.
